Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?

Yes. Refunds are on contracts that either can't be completed or contract conflicts.  We also have a  100% 2 year warranty on labor and material manufacture warranties are transferred to the client.

Can I work along side you to reduce costs?

This will depend upon the contract. In addition, sometimes insurance regulations will prohibit the client working with the customer.

How does the building process work?

Each contract may be different. But the client will always be fully informed of each stage.

What makes you different from other contractors?

From start to finish we inform the client of progress on the job. We will never have any worker perform work in any contract that is not professional or unable to work due to other influences. We will not except draws or final payment until the work performed, meets or goes above the customer's expectations. We will also be available for you to answer any questions. And lastly on certain contracts we will want to perform warranty inspections, this way you don't feel alone if there are any discrepencies or warrany claims.

What is Emergency Service?

Emergency Service includes any service that requires us to dispatch crew members to your location within 90 minutes. The price will be stated prior to arriving on location. Emergency Service normally consists of flood, fire clean-up, board up windows, immediate door replacement/repair.

What are your hourly rates?

$55.00 per hour up to $100.00 per hour depending upon service and number of personel.. We also estimate contracts per job with materials, where this will save consumers money.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, Military whether active, reserve, or retired. Also too any affiliations or organizations the company belongs too. All discounts are 10% off labor only.

Do you provide insurance certificates?

Yes. Please ask. Always available within 48 hours upon request via fax or email. Up to 7 days with normal mail.

Material Discounts?

My materials are usually billed at cost plus 10% to cover taxes and extra's as needed upon contract. For example if we are installing crown molding the material is rounded to the next linear foot. We do not do an installed price because we will give you the material list to provide the materials for the contract, if you would like to purchase. The only difference between you paying the materials or us is 10%.
